We've been blessed with some incredible weather over the past week. Although spring has arrived a touch early this year, it wasn't until we experienced those warm, 20-degree days that the lingering winter blues finally melted away. It's astonishing how a bit of sunshine and the unfurling of leaf buds can work wonders on the mind and soul. Oh, happy days indeed!

The transformation of our surroundings is nothing short of magical. Before we know it, blossoms will begin to burst open, filling the air with their sweet fragrances; a true symphony for the senses. There's something utterly enchanting about this time of year, as nature awakens from its slumber and treats us to its annual spectacle.

In celebration of this fleeting beauty, I'd like to share a session from Mother's Day 2023. Fisher looks absolutely stunning among the apple blossoms, don't you think? Blossom sessions are, without a doubt, one of the most coveted and sought-after backgrounds; second only to the vibrant colours of autumn. They are truly a limited edition experience, as this delicate and ephemeral backdrop only lasts for a brief window each year.

Fisher's session was photographed in St Alberts beautiful downtown.  We are known as the Botanical Arts City.  Edmonton also has some beautiful spring backgrounds if you know where to look.  It is all about finding a quiet dog friendly space for your best friend.
