As you can see in my portfolio, I like to keep the studio very simple, clean and classic.  I want to create portraits that show off your pet without busy props distracting your eye from their sweet furry faces. Recently I picked up this new grey background.  It has a very simple Old Master quality and thought a new barn wood box would suit it perfectly.  And I was right! Some warm tones and textures to compliment a scene without over shadowing the subject.

My boy, Charlie!  He is always ready to help me in the studio when I need a test shot.  He works for treats. ;)
